Daniel F. Hayward

DANIEL F. HAYWARD is an Associate at the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.  He received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, and is a member of the Delaware Bar Association.  Daniel is currently enrolled in the LL.M. in Taxation program at Villanova University School of Law.  He is also a member of the Estates and Trusts Section of the Delaware Bar Association.

Daniel’s practice involves various areas of real estate law, including residential and commercial closings, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate issues implicated in the administration of estates.  Daniel’s practice also focuses on certain areas of Delaware trust law.  Daniel frequently petitions the Delaware Court of Chancery to transfer the situs of trusts to Delaware, to appoint successor trustees and to reform trusts.

Daniel resides in Newark, Delaware with his wife, Stephanie, and three children, Charlotte, Lila and Sebastian.
