Use of LLCs in Asset Protection and Estate Planning

On December 16, 2019, Shannon Post and Emmanuel Fournaris participated in NBI’s CLE seminar titled “Top 7 LLC Mistakes to Avoid in Everyday Business Practices.” NBI chooses experienced practitioners to teach state-specific content and provide valuable resources. 

Those who presented for this seminar discussed common issues experienced on a daily basis when it comes to LLC planning, provided detailed mechanisms that will help solve the common issues, and taught how to plan and design an LLC to make it meet a client’s needs. 

The seminar was split into 7 parts.  Shannon Post presented “Use of LLCs in Asset Protection and Estate Planning” and Emmanuel Fournaris presented “Forming an LLC to Purchase Real Estate – Common Oversights.”
