DANIELLE R. DITOMASSO is an Associate at the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. Danielle obtained her Bachelor in Arts in History and Secondary Education from Salisbury University, and her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2016, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During law school, Danielle served on the Widener Law Review as a Research Editor and participated in the Moot Court Honor Society. Prior to joining GF&M, Danielle served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Peter B. Jones of the Delaware Family Court.  Danielle is currently admitted to practice in the state of Delaware.

Danielle is a member of Wilmington Tax Group, the Estate Planning Council of Delaware and the Elder Law, Estates and Trusts and Taxation sections of the Delaware Bar Association.

Danielle’s practice focuses on the unique aspects of Delaware trust law, including directed trusts, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts and all aspects of the validity, construction and administration of Delaware trusts. Danielle works with clients to transfer the situs of trusts to Delaware and to modify trusts to take advantage of Delaware’s favorable trust law.  Danielle drafts, reviews and comments on Delaware trust agreements for local and out of state clients, including corporate and individual trustees, and provides legal opinions on the validity of trusts under Delaware law. Danielle also assists in the formation of tax exempt organizations and various issues affecting non-profit organizations.
