DAVID T. WHITE is an Associate at the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. David attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Exercise and Sport Science, and Saint Leo University where he received a Master of Business Administration. He then moved on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Widener University, Delaware Law School, Magna Cum Laude. At Widener, David was a Senior Staff Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Tamika Montgomery-Reeves, Associate Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
David’s practice focuses on the unique aspects of Delaware trust law, including directed trusts, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts and all aspects of the validity, construction and administration of Delaware trusts. David works with clients to transfer the situs of trusts to Delaware and to modify trusts to take advantage of Delaware’s favorable trust law. David drafts, reviews and comments on Delaware trust agreements for local and out of state clients, including corporate and individual trustees, and provides legal opinions on the validity of trusts under Delaware law.
David is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland.
