CHRISTOPHER P. CLEMSON is an Associate at the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, and his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, graduating cum laude with a certificate in Business Law. Chris also obtained L.L.M in Taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. At Temple, Chris was the President of the Business Law Society in addition to being an active member of the Tax and Bankruptcy Law Society and Temple American Inn of Court.
His practice encompasses residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sales, leases, finance transactions, land development and land use approvals, as well as a range of corporate matters including business transactions, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. His practice also includes an array of civil and corporate litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris had the privilege of clerking for Chief Judge Eric L. Frank at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Chris is admitted to practice in the state of Delaware.
