Bill Kelleher Named American Bar Foundation Fellow

Bill Kelleher, a director at Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A., has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (“ABF”). ABF Fellows are a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession. Membership in the Fellows is limited to 1% of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.  The ABF, established in 1952 by the ABA, aims to foster better understanding of legal processes and institutions through innovative research and analyses.

Bill concentrates his practice in trust litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He also counsels trust companies and individuals on fiduciary duties and related issues.
