MARK P. GORDON focuses on trust law and tax planning for corporate entities and individuals at the local and national level.

Mark excels in handling complex matters related to Delaware trust law. Whether it involves the establishment, administration, construction, modification, or change of situs of Delaware trusts, he can provide strategic advice tailored to meet the unique needs of corporate clients and individuals. He routinely establishes and advises clients on directed trusts, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts, and other trust arrangements that are governed by Delaware law.

Mark represents a diverse range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and families. His strong emphasis on understanding the goals and concerns of each client combined with his ability to address the nuances of Delaware trust law has earned him a reputation for delivering practical and efficient legal solutions.

In addition to his primary focus of trust law, Mark also maintains a local estate planning and administration practice for Delaware families and individuals. Recognizing the importance of comprehensive planning, he assists clients in safeguarding their assets and ensuring a smooth, tax-efficient transition of wealth to future generations.

Like GF&M, Mark has strong Delaware roots and a deep commitment to the First State. He currently resides in Hockessin, Delaware, with his wife, Jessica, and daughters, Aria and Amelia. He is proud to raise his young family here and serve the people that call Delaware home.
