ABIGAIL QUINN is an associate attorney in the Private Wealth Group at GF&M where she focuses her practice on Delaware trust planning for national clients, as well as estate planning and administration for individuals and families in the local community. Abigail counsels high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and institutions on sophisticated strategies for asset preservation, wealth transfer, and tax efficiency.
Abigail brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her work, guiding clients through the complexities of Delaware trust law and helping them navigate sensitive family and financial matters with discretion and care. Abigail advises clients on the use of Delaware’s favorable trust laws to achieve sophisticated wealth transfer and asset protection goals through the formation and modification of Delaware trusts. She works closely with clients, advisors, and fiduciaries to structure and implement trusts that meet long-term estate and tax planning objectives.
Prior to joining GF&M, Abigail worked as a Trust Officer for a Delaware trust company, where she administered a book of business consisting of Delaware sitused trusts for high-net-worth individuals and Delaware statutory trusts for start-up executives. During her four and half years in trust administration, Abigail earned her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Adviser (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association.
Abigail is actively involved in the local trust community. She is a dedicated volunteer to the University of Delaware’s Trust Management Minor, of which she is an alumna, and serves on the Women Connect Committee for the Delaware Bankers Association.
