SEHEE HWANG is an associate in the Private Wealth group at GF&M. She assists individuals, families, trustees, and fiduciaries in a wide range of Delaware trust and estate matters, including trust formation, modification and administration, estate planning, and related fiduciary issues.
Her background in business law and tax procedure enhances her ability to navigate complex wealth-transfer structures and provide practical guidance tailored to clients’ long-term objectives.
Prior to joining GF&M, Sehee gained experience across multiple facets of private-client and transactional practice. She served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edward S. Kiel of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, supported Villanova’s Legal Writing program as a teaching assistant, and advised small businesses as a student attorney in Villanova’s Clinic for Law & Entrepreneurship. She also worked as a legal extern in the M&A and Venture Capital practice groups of a national law firm.
Sehee earned her Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, a Business Law Concentration graduate, and a Staff Writer and Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
