Phillip A. Giordano has been promoted to Director at GF&M. Phillip received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he was Copy Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Phillip is admitted to practice in the State of Delaware and in the United States District Court of Delaware. GF&M is delighted to add another attorney to their team of Directors.
