Thomas Mammarella

THOMAS MAMMARELLA is a Director of the Wilming­ton law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A., where his primary focus is real estate law.  His practice encompasses both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, leases, finance transactions, land development and land use approvals, formation of condominiums and like-kind exchanges. 

He received his B.A. degree (double major), with Highest Honors, from the University of Delaware in 1975 and his J.D. degree from Duke University in 1978.  He has taught the Real and Personal Property course of the Widener Delaware Bar Review Program since 1988.  He is a member of the Real and Personal Property Section of the Delaware Bar Association.
