Llewellyn Oliver Robinson

LLEWELLYN OLIVER ROBINSON (“Oliver”)  is an associate in the Trial Practice group at GF&M. He represents individuals, fiduciaries, and corporate clients in a variety of complex civil matters, including fiduciary litigation, corporate, alternative entity, business and commercial disputes, and other cases before the Delaware courts. Oliver brings strong research, writing, and advocacy skills to his litigation practice, supported by his background in policy analysis and community-focused work.

Before attending law school, Oliver worked in the non-profit sector in Washington, D.C., where he focused on expanding higher-education access for low- and moderate-income families. During this time, he authored several publications examining the impact of Baby Bonds legislation and Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs) as tools to increase college retention and make higher education more attainable for students across socioeconomic backgrounds.

Oliver earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. At Temple, he served as Fundraising Chair of the Black Law Students Association and Treasurer of the International Law Society. He graduated cum laude from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, where he was also a member of the Howard University football program.
