NORRIS P. WRIGHT is a Director of the Wilmington law firm of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella.  With the exception of the time he acted as President and Trust Counsel for U.S. Trust Company of Delaware, Mr. Wright has spent his entire career practicing law in Delaware.  He earned his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina and his LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University.  He received his B.A. degree from the University of Delaware.

He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, of which he is a member and past Chair of both the DSBA Taxation Section and Estates and Trust Section and he is a continuing member of a standby committee that reviews current Delaware Trust laws and annually proposes amendments where necessary.

A Fellow and past Regent of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), he has served as its State Chair for Delaware and as the Chair of the Practice Committee of ACTEC.  He is currently a member of both the Asset Protection and the Fiduciary Litigation Committees of ACTEC.
