Philadelphia Estate Planning Council 2018 Luncheon Program

Director Michael Gordon will be speaking at the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council on February 13, 2018. His topic: "Why is Everyone Talking About Delaware Trusts?"

This luncheon program will focus on the various reasons why clients in other jurisdictions are choosing to create their trusts in Delaware or other trust friendly states.  Topics that will be covered include the use of dynasty trusts, directed trusts, self-settled asset protection trusts and silent trusts.

Dan Hayward, Rob Harra, Neil Lapinski and Bill Kelleher recently attended the Geneva Group International’s annual meeting in Vienna, Austria. Around 350 people from around the world attended the event. Dan, Rob and Bill spoke at the event on topics relating to Delaware trusts.

Norman Veasey

New York, Dec. 3, 2015—Former Delaware Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey was inducted into the Directorship Corporate Governance Hall of Fame of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). The induction took place at a formal ceremony on December 2, 2015, in New York. According to Ken Daly, CEO of NACD, “The Hall of Fame is comprised of individuals whose career achievements have left an indelible impression on the boardroom community.”
